Food is great but service is terrible, we ordered an appetizer and 2 burger.. waited 20 minutes and then the waitress came to us and told us the cooks forgot to make the dip... So then the dip came out and was on the pickup window for 5 minutes more..then 10 min later we got our burgers but they messed up on my gf's burger so they took it back and once again it was at the pick up window for another 5 minutes.. the waitress were too busy showing each other their phones and not paying attention to customers... I would expect an apology or some type of discount for the terrible experience,but none was given..
