I live in Southern California and my mother was having issues with her deep freeze unit. She lives in Las Vegas. After a couple of companies gave her the run around, I found this company online and recommended them to her based on their exceptional reviews. She gave them a call and they were excellent!! They really lived up to their reputation.
Romuel was her technician and he knew immediately what to do, what parts to order, etc. The repair was done in a timely fashion and for less money then the other companies had estimated. We were so impressed with their services, my sister also called them for work, and they did an excellent job with her unit as well.
I am very grateful to the company because my mother had been very stressed over this issue. They were so professional and courteous, which helped out tremendously.
