People just complain because they are irresponsible and just looking for someone to blame, the property management team are really nice and do whatever they can to help you. You do get charged if you call the police but that is a good thing they want to limit domestic calls and crime, there is a lot of family so if you have an issue with kids I would not recommend, even though you were once a kid......
