The dresses that Bella Bridesmaids offers are absolutely gorgeous but their customer service leaves a bit to be desired. I had an appointment at the Indianapolis location and the girls were pleasant there. One of my bridesmaids lives in Charlotte and went to get her measurements taken and the girl working there was extremely rude. That location does not answer the phone or return phone calls so she was forced to drop in because she could not get a hold of the store. Once inside, she was dismissed and treated poorly. I wish customer service was better, and we are now taking our business elsewhere because of this. Again, their dresses in stock are amazing. But wedding planning is stressful enough and to add a crappy experience on something that should be so fun was a huge disappointment.
