There are a few good things about this place, they are friendly and customer oriented and the doggy cams are great. However the play areas are small and the dogs are crated for an extended period overnights.
The worst part of the experience for me was that my dog came home with more food left than I expected, all three of his treats were returned to me, he should have gotten one a night, and I don't have any confidence that the toys I sent with him were given to him at night because they didn't give them back to me at pick up, when I asked for them she looked in his cabin and they weren't there, and she had the make phone calls to find out where they were. He came back stinky and a little messy, which can be expected for playing all day, but at other daycares I've been to they would at least spray/towel the dogs off before sending them home.
With all that in mind I can't recommend this place for overnights and not sure I'll be back unless I'm in a bind.
