Pure Barre is a tough work out! I only did one class but here's what I found: To bring: -long pants (no shorts allowed) -socks (no bare feet allowed) -water bottles They do not have lockable lockers, just a cubby. They do not have a changeroom (I don't think they have showers either), just 2 washrooms. The instructors were very nice, attentive, and give you individual attention even in the group. You do difficult movements but what I really like is, this is good for the lower abdomen (think, flat tummy) and the spine! That was really important to me because I have scoliosis and the exercises at Pure Barre help with posture. If this was closer to me, I would consider joining. It is expensive but it is a good work out. What I really liked was that they sent me a hand written letter after I had taken a class which was such a nice added touch. Way to go, Pure Barre!
