If you're planning on staying here a year only it's not a bad place. Our year came up and they jacked our rent up $300. I could get a house at the price point. They're great about getting maintenance done. There's a bunch of man made creeks and they're always dirty and broke. My apartment has been flooded with mosquitos from them too. It's been pretty miserable. There's also the problem of dog crap. I mean it's everywhere. My neighbor didn't pick up their dog poo and I would open my front door and that's what I would smell. Then there's just poop everywhere. The issue here is there's the older units that rent for cheap and then the higher end ones that aren't. You get a diverse population of people and that, at least what I've seen, has led to a number of disputes. My final qualm is the fact that I pay for every office employee to spend $500 monthly on new clothes. Yep once a month they get a $500 gift card to express and go buy new clothes. Super wasteful. Do yourself a favor and don't live here.
