Hello Madam, That just about proves my point . You had time to write a big response note but had no credibility of returning my call as according to you your secretary/ staff receives your messages and you don't get them in time .However whenever you got the message you could have still called. ( Guys another credibility issue) . Also thanks for confirming you all goofed up on "tire rotation" and still gave me a nice "print out" with all your pictures on it of a job that was never performed ( Guys another credibility issue ). You conveniently evaded to answer all of my other concerns of not topping the washer fluid which was part of the quote/unquote the 18 point check and your manager being rude and hanging up on me so she didn't have to cover more lies. ( Guys another 2 serious credibility issues) . All for what " more cover up" . Maybe you all need to attend a credibility course or at least own up to your mistakes and simply apologize instead of "fighting a customer" tooth and nail. Good Luck !! DR
