We were told our laptop needed a hard drive. We decided to purchase a hard drive and have them install it. When we showed up with a hard drive, they decided the motherboard is now bad and other problems, although the laptop has been sitting in the closet since we saw them the first time. They promised to call and inform us if they found other problems and they never did. We had to call. They have now had the laptop for over 10 days and no communication from them NOT GOOD BUSINESS! We finally called and are going to pick it up. It doesn't take this long to diagnose a human being that has a disease. WOW!! We hope none of our parts are missing like the other reviewers. If your computer has a simple problem, they may be able to fix it. More serious problems, you may want to go elsewhere. Hinge on our laptop was damaged when we picked it up. I am adding more to this review - 11-4-2015. I took my laptop to another repair shop and found out, to my dismay, that Simple Computer Repair kept my hard drive and my power cord is also gone. As I said earlier: "What goes around comes around." You guys will not only lose customers if you keep this up, you may just lose your business."
