Awesome! We had our air conditioner go out when the temps in Vegas were in the 114 range! Had a home warranty, and the response from the company that they recommended was unacceptable. Did a little research on my own and found Super Service Cooling and Heating, and read the reviews. I phoned their office, and from the initial telephone contact through the actual service, everything was very caring, efficient and professional. We are seniors with some medical issues, and they went above and beyond to get us scheduled quickly for the service. Our technician, Don, did an excellent job. He was able to spot the problem with our air conditioner right away, and had the necessary part in his truck. We are up and running again, and are so appreciative of the superior service received from Super Service Cooling & Heating. Highly recommend!!!!
