Being new to living in the area I chose this salon based on the reviews and location. I am very familiar with Yorkville and I guess my expectations were a little too high. I walked in to what I would refer to as a bit of a whole in the wall. There are fake flowers on the wall and the chairs are cracking and falling apart. My massage chair was broken and the drink holder on the arm rest was slanted and broken. However, there was a shiny huge plasma tv so I guess that is more important than fixing the massage chairs. The girl doing my nails was sweet though and did a good job as I got a shellac pedicure. However, I did not receive a massage or hot towel. I would probably of not bothered writing this review if I weren't charged an outrageousness $65 for the whole service. Of course I tipped 5$ because I felt bad so in total my experience coated me $70. Needless to say I will not be back again.
