It's hard to give them 4 instead of 5 stars, but only because they are great enough to be in the same conversation as Lux, Cartel, Giant, and Lola. What is amazing: service, the baked goods, the location, and the hours (one of the few places open at 6 AM). My only nit-pick is the coffee. It's mild for my taste, so I also add an espresso shot.
