I had an appointment for the technician to come out today and he did not show up during the given window of time for the second time nor did anyone call to tell me he was running late or not showing up. This is highly inconsiderate for people who take time off work to be available for the time slots given. I understand that things happen to slow the technician down but I should at least be notified that he was not coming.
While talking to the customer service rep to schedule another appointment, I asked if I could request the first appointment of the day so this wouldn't happen for the third time. He couldn't grant me this request. I am highly disappointed in the customer service and consideration that this company provides and will not use them or recommend them in the future.
