People need to check themselves in the review world. First off it's quiet, no screaming kids, loud talkers, or people squished next to you. 2nd it's Free! Free drinks, free snacks/food. For Petes sake there is a custom guacamole bar. Now do not be expecting meals but soup, cheese and crackers, veggies, hummus, and cookies is way better than paying for the crap in most of the airport. Did I mention it's quiet? Third it's pretty darn clean. Nice restrooms and no ones left over crumbs on the chair. So when you have the status or the opportunity use it, and use it wisely! Oh and free wifi!
