I am not usually one to write reviews, but I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I had a scheduled appointment last week and when I showed, they told me I didn't have an appointment. The receptionist made a scheduling error. I came back tonight and had a facial and massage. Both my facial and massage were for 60 minutes, but I was cut short on both of them. My appointment started at 5:30 and was supposed to go until 7:30 (or a few minutes past to consider time to undress, dress, and transition. Needless to say, I got home at 7:30... which meant that my appointments totaled 1 hour adn 45 minutes, including undressing, transfering rooms, waiting, and then dressing. After a mess up on their end last week, I expected to have a delightful experience (as I would think they would have tried very hard to make things right). After receiving this as a gift and being really excited for my appointments, I left disappointed and sad to tell the person who gifted it to me that my experience was anything but wonderful. I hope people in the future have better luck. They striked out twice with me.
