I JUST got a response/ comment from the owner. ALMOST 2 YEARS LATER! She claims that she saw me on video, but she says in her comment that I'm male. I'm FEMALE, and there WERE other custys in the store. I WAS NOT sent in to make a bad review. I legitimately checked this store out based on a recommendation. This furthers my aggravation with the customer service and solidifies how ignorant people are. Not only is the owner snappy to people, she straight up DISMISSES people by saying that they are a scam. UNACCEPTABLE!
