Possibly the worst service center EVER! Beware and stay away! Everyone that works here has a disgusting attitude and their customer service skills are horrible. After having my car repaired next door (which was another AWFUL experience) I picked my car up from Mini only to find out that I now had an $800 issue that needed to be fixed, which surprisingly wasn't cause by the accident and isn't covered under my warranty. This problem wasn't an issue prior to my accident nor was it an issue 3 weeks before when I brought my car to get an oil change. My 2012 Mini now barely starts thanks to either lackluster service or negligent employees who want to bleed me for $800. When you call that ALWAYS have an attitude like they don't want to be there and the lady the sits in the middle desk in the service center is one of the rudest, nastiest females that I've ever encountered. If I could give 0 stars I would!
