I have been coming here for about a year now to get my eyebrows waxed. This past time when I got home I realized that she had waxed half of my eyebrow off, missed several spots, and waxed too far over on the one brow so it looked completely off-centered. I called to explain my frustration (and to cancel my next appointment) and the lady at the front desk said nothing! She cancelled my appointment, offered to schedule me with another "designer" and when I said no and began to express that I wanted some kind of refund she quickly said goodbye and hung up on me! TERRIBLE! I will NEVER come back here again due to their terrible service to a loyal customer. Extremely disappointed.
