I went in to get a pedicure and relax after work. I was in a good mood. I was looking forward to pampering. The manager Nguyen was very nice and tried to make things work. One lady who worked on me didn't understand what I wanted. I run and wanted my nails very short. She didn't seem to inderstand no matter what I said. Another girl came to help me. She understood the length and shape Nd I thought everything was going ok. I was doing a basecoat of pink with a sparkly pink on top. I wanted the little hearts on top of the tow nails and ahe got argumentative with me. Instead of just doing what I was asking for. I have had this done in numerous shops and never had an argument. I am not happy with my toe nails, I will have to redo one because I left before they were dry because she was so rude. I am very upset that she wouldn't do the color I wanted. I ended up with a color I didn't want at all.
