Walked in to an empty store with 2-3 SA's and a security guard which was the only one who said hello. They have a huge selection in handbags and cross body bags which is what I was looking for. I got a cold and super uncomfortable feel here. I was on the fence about the small black w/ gold tassel cross body so I wanted to see it in person. One of the SA's followed us through the store but never once asked if we needed help or had a question. Where is the customer service here? It's a shame considering most of the other high end stores at the Forums are truly outstanding and a class act. I asked to see the tassel handbag and the SA pulled it out from a drawer so I could take a closer look and try it on. At that point we had been in the store for about 10 minutes and she made no type of conversation with me as if I was wasting their time when I handed it back. I will remember to take my business elsewhere when I am ready to purchase the bag. (shrugs)
