Voss TV is actually located in Jefferson Hills, Pa 15025
The wave magnetron recently went bad on my built-in Microwave oven.
Since I had the trim kit, I went online to buy the same unit so I could just slip in and use the same surround.
Big Box store werbsites all showed that they had it, but not really! It was not stocked. It had to be special ordered which would take a month or longer for a drop shipment.
I phoned Voss TV and Appliance in Jefferson Hills and talked to Rick with a hopeful chance that he would have one in stock. No bananas, but since he places orders with his suppliers every other day, he phoned and added it to a recent order. The unit came in 5 days later.
Now, a $200.00 Microwave oven is not the same as a $7,000.00 Wolf range.... and yet Rick took the time and went out of his way to expidite matters for me. He even delivered it to my house !
This is the difference between a locally owned family business and the Big Box stores. It's called customer service! Voss deals with their customers on a one to one basis and I appreciate that fact.
Their prices are equal to the Big Box stores, the staff is very helpful and the service is superb.
I recommend them highly.

PS They keep very accurate records on everything they sell. This makes it easy to order repair parts when needed.
Another nice thing.....they answer their phone. You don't get hung out to dry on the Big Box store's phone menu.
