I had to go in for an operation on my sinuses. I was very nervous. The pre-op. was handled in an informative, professional and courteous manner. My hospital experience was positive. My Surgeon is wonderful. The nursing staff and hospital staff are very hard working and they made my visit as comfortable as possible. Overall, I was treated with dignity and respect by everyone throughout the entire process. Thank you North York General for looking after me!
