I've been to Bobby-Q maybe 5 or 6 times since they opened in Phoenix and it's always been an excellent experience. The food is great, the service is very good, and it's a very comfortable atmosphere. If you go during peak times, there may be a significant wait time and I don't remember if they take reservations or call-aheads. If you want Prime Rib, try to go earlier because they might run out. Cocktails aren't really my thing, but they do have a full bar. I've only been to the Mesa location once for a late lunch, but the food was just as good as the original Phoenix location. If you want really good BBQ with a more upscale atmosphere, Bobby-Q is the place to go.
