I got the Tapas for two, a salad to share, and the salmon plate. This place is an insult to Californian style cuisine. It is California if you have never been to California. Don't waste your time coming here. My mom and I came here for dinner on a Saturday night. The restaurant is shaped like an L, with a front dining area facing the street and a back area that faces the kitchen. the decor is classy, which is appreciated. The service, however, sucks. We sat down at 8 on a not-so-busy-night and it took the waitress 45 minutes to take our order. Maybe it was a busy night, which could explain the wait for food, but it shouldn't explain why it took so long for her to ask us what we wanted to eat. It took 30 minutes for the tapas to come, which ended up being cold and terrible. The ravioli was tough and rubbery and had come to room temperature. The buns on the pork belly were mushy and vaguely reminded me of peeps (those marshmallow chickens from Easter time), and the croquettes are more rice than crab and equally as cold as the fried shrimp. The only enjoyable thing we ate all night was the salmon charcuterie board, which had an interesting balance of creamy and salty, something I couldn't say about the rest of the meal. The waitress felt pretty bad about us waiting so long for food, which is appreciated, but it was too little too late. I would not recommend this dining experience to anyone I know. If you're looking for a better dining experience, just go anywhere but here.
