I would rate my personal experience zero stars if Yelp would let me. I have reserved a product at the Whitby Ontario store for a Samsung JU-7500 55" LED TV for the price of $1799 + HST. At the store they told me they have sold the product to somebody else, so that was very upsetting!!! I have drove from down-town Toronto which is one hour away to pick up this TV and I was only offered a basic apology which is not enough. My time and the money I spent on gas was taken for granted. I would definitely not be going to shop from Best Buy nor I will recommend this store to any of my friends. Definitely I will share this negative experience on other review sites as well for people to be aware of the unprofessional business that is being conducted there. A.
