I was referred to this shop by a neighbor because I was having issues with my cars AC. I found a coupon on their website for a free check so I gave them a call to ask some questions. The guy I spoke too answered my questions and I asked if an appointment was best and was told I didn't need one. So I said ok and I would bring it in around 10 am the next day. He said sounds good and that was the end of the call. The next day I made arrangements to have some one follow me up to the shop so I could leave my car if necessary for any work that might need to be done. The guy who was at the counter must have been in a bad mood because his customer service was terrible!!! He asked if I could leave the car with the shop as they were very busy! I said yes I had made arrangements just in case. I asked how long he would need it and he said at least till the end of the day. I mentioned that the coupon said "GUARENTEED 30 mins or less". He said yeah well that is with an appointment. Mind you the very next sentence is "NO appointment necessary". I said well I called yesterday and was told I didn't need one. To which he smartly replied well that is because we don't have any available, I told you we are busy can you see our parking lot is full! I was so appalled at the way he talked to me I said never mind I will take my vehicle elsewhere. The funny thing is they were SO busy but yet when I got there and when I left there were about 6 guys standing in the shop by the door laughing and carrying on. It did not appear that 1 vehicle had anyone working on them at the time. I did not appreciate the way I was spoken too and do not think I will ever try and take my vehicle here again. Which is a shame because we just moved to this side of town and were looking to establish ourselves with a trustworthy shop.
