Like others mentioned, they use cart. I like cart per se. Because carts let you to see the food before ordering it. However, menu should also be provided so that we know what to expect. On the top of that, the place is quite spacious, so it takes quite long to let the cart go around, which results in a quite long waiting time. And nobody likes to wait for breakfast.
