I wish negative stars was an option. This is BY FAR! The worst branch I've ever been to. The staff is rude, act entitled and unprofessional. Even the new people quickly change into negative jerks. I don't think I can stomach Chase because of this location:
Marilyn is a rude banker there that doesn't speak with professionals or respect let alone make proper eye contact. To me it feels like people are intimidated by her.
After I shared how I felt about the service, or lack there of. They closed my debit card which the corporate office referred to as retaliation. Terrible!
I plan on speaking to a regional manager about this location.
