I wouldn't even give this shit hole a star if I didn't have too. We took our car to this wash this morning and they left our sunroof open and water poured in a had now destroyed our headliner possible electric components, and the drop down tv. The manager took an incident report but refused to give us a copy when asked. She then went from being really nice to extremely rude and from saying "not to worry they were very sorry and will replace anything that goes wrong." to then "we need to run tapes back" and "we will see if we replace anything, good luck and have a nice day." This wash has no responsibility for anything. I'm not surprised though judging by the employees as we were pulling in were flipping each other off. This place is sub par and I recommend you go somewhere else. The car wash we paid for was terrible even with the water damage the car was filthy with grease down the sides we had to request to wipe off. The wash today wasn't even refunded!
