MGM Grand has one of the best pools in Vegas. A lot of other mega hotels have okay, pools but MGM has what you'd expect in Vegas. It's extra large, over the top with tons of stuff to do! My favorite part is the lazy river with plenty of tubes, water falls, bars everywhere, and friendly staff are never far away to get you drinks/food. The rooms are priced right. Not too expensive for what you get. I've always recieved a super clean room and the staff make you feel important. The casino is super large with high ceilings so if smoke bothers you, this is one of the more open hotels so chainsmoking grandma won't make you gag as you walk by. Hakkasan night club is fun, although it will get PACKED so if you don't like being crammed into a sweaty cluster of hot bodies, then go on a night when there isn't a major DJ playing. Or go super early. It's located at MGM so if you're staying there, it's worth checking out if you like that scene. Location is okay. The good thing is that parking is easy to get to since it's near the end of the strip. The problem is that you're not exactly in the middle of all the crazyness so plan on getting a cab or walking a few miles.
