My overall experience with MP Auto Body was really positive. I am almost embarrassed to say what I did to my car, but I am going to share it anyway because I think people should know about this service. I was visiting Calgary and I accidentally backed into a garage and really dented the bumper of my car (Nissan Altima Coupe). It was a pretty sizable dent on the bumper corner and there was no ignoring it. I really didn't want to come home with that on my car not to mention the fact that I'd have to face my family and explain what I did to my car.
I drove to a few places to see how much it would cost and if they could do it before I was heading out to drive back home on a roadtrip. I ended up finding MP Auto Body and they were the only shop that said they could do it same-day. The estimate said they could fix the dent for $180 but the paint might crack because the dent was so deep and I might have to pay around $300 to fix the paint if it did. I decided to go ahead with it since it was the cheapest quote. So I dropped my car off at 9 AM the next day and they shuttled me to Sunridge Mall, super convenient. By 12:30 PM, I got a call saying that my car was ready.
When I saw my bill, they only charged me $150! They were way under quote and Sean the manager explained that the dent did not take as long to fix as estimated and they did not have to paint it. I could not believe how honest they were being! Great quality fix for a low price - could not even tell there was a dent there! I wish there was a place like this on the East Coast in case I ever run into a mishap again. Two thumbs up!
