I used this company at the referral of others in my neighborhood. Nice people. They offer full and partial grooming services. I requested the Drive-by (nails and glands only) service 3 times over the past months. First one was ok. The second time, the nails were not fully done.
This last time will be the last time I call them. The problem this time was with the gland evacuation. Both dogs needed to go to the vet to have their full glands evacuated after the service. One dog is now on medication to resolve health problem that resulted from the incorrect service. I paid & I tipped but I didn't get the service I paid for. Extremely disappointed.
