I had a procedure done here yesterday where I had a small cyst removed from my upper back. I had come in once for a consultation and yesterday for the procedure. Both times the receptionist was the BEST receptionist I've come across! She actually acted like she loved her job. The wait time was the only downfall. I waited almost an hour until the doctor was in the room to do the procedure yesterday. The doctor told it exactly how it was! The numbing hurt but the procedure was painless and quick! The waiting area is small but works for the office! The nurse that took me back even remembered me from last time! I definitely recommend Dr. Chong!
