If I could give rate this company 0 I would.
They always say people will spread bad news faster than good news, so despite the reviews I decided to order a table from Structube
I ordered my table September 24
I received it October 27th
(The company does state that merchandise takes 4-6 weeks.)
As others have stated our merchandise was recieved damaged.
I called the very next day October 28th to let the company know our table was damaged.
I was told I would recieve an email and to respond with pictures of the damage and a brief description of it and someone would contact me within 2 days.
11 days went by and NO ONE contacted me.
I called again on November 11th. NO ONE had started the process of the return.
So at this time the lady I had spoke with apparently started it on the phone.
(Their process consist of notifiying the delivery company that there are damaged goods that need to be returned and once the damaged goods have been picked up by the delivery company they will refund your money.)
It has now been another 9 days and again no one has contacted me. I can no longer get a hold of anyone from the company or the delivery company.
I have resorted to calling my bank and asking for a charge back to my card.
2 months later.
Do not recommend.
