Super disappointed in this place! My first visit I dropped off two baby items to consign. While I was waiting in line two staff members were shooting passive aggressive comments back and forth. They looked overworked and stressed out, but it was awkward they were letting their heightened emotions show in front of customers. They took 1 out of my 2 items. I asked them if they would donate the 2nd item since they could not sell it, they said yes. As I was leaving a customer came in and looked at the item they said they could NOT sell and asked how much it is. "Umm, $10!" replied the staff. Seriously!? She literally just told me they weren't able to sell that item. And , it's been over 2 months and I haven't heard from them about my other item selling yet - although I'm sure it has by now. I don't think I would even go back if they gave me a few dollars in store credit. There are so many more friendly, professional and honest kids consignment shops in the valley I'd rather visit.
