My family visits this location quite often. The food is usually quite good. However, more than once we've had an issue trying to use a coupon. Case in point, yesterday checked in on YELP and was rewarded a free onion/wing app, only to be informed by our waitress that they weren't accepting coupons that day (presumably because of Mother's Day?). As stated before, not the first time a coupon has been refused here. Not sure what the thinking is behind these decisions, but seems a bit off-putting. It's not like they're giving anything else away. Maybe change the wording on offers to exclude certain days, but seems to me a bad idea to treat customers in that manner.
