This is the most relaxing yoga studio I've been to. The instructors are very knowledgeable and patient. Most of the classes I've attended have been small so you get comfortable and familiar with the instructors. It's not as rushed or hard of a workout as those power yoga studios (although I always leave feeling the session in my core). I think that makes a lot easier to learn the poses properly and ease your body to where you want it to be though.
