I decided to hire Cardinal Maids based off of the positive reviews here on Yelp. Unfortunately, I did not receive the service I was hoping for. Yes, the team cleaned the basics, but the basics even seemed to be done in a rush (I found a few piles of dirt that were swept together but not dust panned up, top floor landing was not mopped). On top of that I had paid extra for a deep cleaning and 100% did not receive one. The standard cleaning fee includes the bed being made and dishes put away, which resulted in all of the bed sheets put on inside out (which I had to re-do because of company coming in) and a few of my favorite mugs were chipped! I expressed my disappointment to the manager/owner and he messaged me letting me know he would ask the team why this happened, but then never got back to me. I do not recommend this company. I am very disappointed.
