Honestly, this place is garbage. I've been trying to get help for the last 45 mins and no one ever answers the phone. Only the receptionist, good job ladies, but other than that, no one is around. I really wish I can take this car back! I would never recommend anyone to go to this place. The people really are useless unless you are buying a car, and I really mean useless. No one knows what they're doing, they tell me that they don't see me ever getting a car there. They don't have my name in the system. Really? Then I get transferred everywhere and on one picks up the phone. The finance department, the service department, no one answers. I really really want to end this lease and give the car back! I ask to speak with a manager and no one answers that phone, then it disconnects! What is going on at this horrible horrible place! How do I give this car back and NEVER have to deal with them again! People, Please do not go there! Please don't go there!
