All I can say is WOW!!!! We love Miller's and go as often as we can. Today Being our sons birthday he wanted to go to Miller's. We all ordered and upon receiving my meal the steak was not cooked to order. They sent the steak back and manager ( so sorry i did not get her name, working on 9.2.17 @ 2pm) brought the new order out and asked me to check the steak. Unfortunately it was more rare then the previous one. I just asked to remove the steak form the bill. To our surprise she had already done that. Once the rest of the family was finished we asked for the check and to our surprise yet AGAIN she took care of the whole bill. At no point did we EVER intend not to pay for everything else we ordered. We left a generous tip and thanked the manager. We have lived in Las Vegas for 20 plus years and this is the best service that we have received. We will be back again!! Thank you Miller's Ale House @ Town Square.
