I went to Great Clips for a haircut that was long over due. I did not have an appointment but hoped they would see me anyways, which they did. I signed in and waited for about 10 minutes to be seen. Automatically the hair dresser I met with was very unpleasing; She smelled as if she had come back from a smoke break. I thought I would overlook her scent and give her a chance. I told her what I would like to be done then was told what I wanted was UGLY. I was very offended, and told her I would take my business elsewhere. I have never gone back to this location or any other Great Clips due to my horrible experience.
