It probably says a lot when the last "favorable" review of this company was in May of 2010. Like what seems to be everyone else here, I too am 100% dissatisfied with my experience with this company; after purchasing said Living Social "deal". And like everyone else, my "experience" is really the complete lack thereof. 3 calls to them to schedule the service. No answer, just goes to a voicemail which states that if you are calling to schedule from obtaining a deal coupon, please call another number. That other number rings to a line which has NO personalized greeting what so ever, just the canned phone company greeting. Messages left on both lines have gone completely unanswered. I'm confused as to what the "Pro" reference is for this business. Pro-crastinators? Pro-foundly a joke? Because that's all I can see this "business" being; a joke. I will be requesting a refund from Living Social, as well as sharing this negative review on all relevant forums that I am a member of.
