I've taken my car here THREE TIMES to have the same air conditioning problem fixed, and every time they send it home and it re-breaks in one day or less. This is Vegas. This is my AIR CONDITIONING. It is not acceptable to cut corners and not fix it. To make matters worse, they were incredibly rude to my husband when he took it in this time. It's not easy for us to get the car in, either, as we both work. This is a waste of our time. Terrible service. And they can't even fix the vehicle, apparently. Thank god it's under warranty.
I've had 5 Nissan cars over the years and I've never had a bad experience with the service center. We will be taking this car further away to another service center in hopes that they actually do their job and fix the problem.
This is unacceptable. And in a town that's all about customer service, a huge disappointment.
