I have been shopping at Krieger's for a while now and I am always glad to return. I love grocery stores that offer real food. The fruit and veggie sections are impressive and home to many foods I cannot find anywhere else. The deli, while small in the meat section, has a great cheese section and even a Mediterranean section. That's just what is to be found at the deli. There is a refrigerated section of cheeses and Mediterranean food as well. This place happens to be the only in a very wide area I can find cheese curds. I always leave with plenty of food, even if it wasn't what I was intending on purchasing, and if the product is fresh, I paid the lowest price for it out of anywhere. The only reason I could not give Krieger's a five star is that with the wide variety of fresh foods, I see food that is wilting or has bad spots far more often than at other grocery stores. I can't come up with a reason why this is, but it does make me upset to see beautiful produce mixed in with that which is past its prime. I will keep going to Krieger's, however, and I already recommend it to all of my friends.
