One Saturday afternoon I was looking for a particular model of subcompact pistol that was getting hard to find locally. I happened to be out and about and stumbled upon Tombstone Tactical's website on my smartphone. The site had the exact pistol listed in stock. So I immediately called them and my call went to voice-mail. Oh well.
But I was in an adventurous mood so I decided to drive on over and see if they really had the gun. I arrived and found a clean, newer store with well dressed employees. There was about 10 other customers in the store at the time. I walked up to the counter and after a moment was greeted by an employee. I told him what I was looking for and to my surprise both he and the employee next to him both said "yup, we have it!"
I looked it over and ended up purchasing the firearm right there. The price was about $20 less than I've seen it listed online and best of all, the prices listed were for credit card purchases (I hate when shops play those cash-price games). The employee who helped me was very professional and I didn't see any "old-fat-gray-cynical types" behind the counter. I also purchased a couple of magazines for the gun and the prices on those were about $1 less than I've seen online. All in all, I was in the shop for a grand total of 15 minutes and walked out with exactly what I wanted at a great price. Very pleased.
