I ordered a steak medium rare, I got it well done. It's ok tho, accidents happen. 15-20 minute wait before checking how the food is. He asks me do I want another one? I replied No I have a dr. Appointment in 20 minutes. He says ok let me take this to my manager, then 10 minutes later she shows up with another one and says sorry babe this ones better and handed me a to go box. Reluctantly, I cut into it and this one is medium well. The server said I'll take it back again. I said no i don't have time, I really have to go. He brings me the bill and made no adjustment at all. I am 30 years old and this is the 3rd time I've ever sent something back. I don't like complaining, but to me this is unacceptable.
