Service Department COST - Fj Cruiser, alternator replaced $735. 3hr Labor charge. I spoke with my friend who works in the automotive industry they say the average job takes 1.5/hr. It's funny how they call at 11:20am and ask to start the job. Then call me at 12:50pm to say the job is complete. (Logged in iPhone) SERVICE - They recommended OEM, I asked for other options and the service guy said, "there are, but the alternators are all the same". He didn't even take time to quote or research any other options. Of course I will agree to the $350, he is the one I trust. I called Centennial Toyota, it's a different quote. I honestly, will never come back. Thanks for the customer service TOYOTA @ AutoNation.
