Ok, I've had coverage with Pekins insurance from CDS for over a year...maybe almost 2 years now. I have needed to contact them like three times with today being the third...so there is just enough time for me to forget their lousy service level. Why list your hours as OPEN when the factory shuts down for lunch at mid day, M - F? Seriously, let's see...it's convenient for me (your customer) to call at my lunch but it's not convenient for you to take my call? Uhhg.
