I look forward to my Massage 1 appointments every month! I haven't tried all the therapists but I do recommend two: Amelia and Heather. Both are very responsive to my needs and focus on my problem areas. I find that you do have to speak up though, if the pressure is too hard or soft, if something is uncomfortable or not... they are not mind readers! And in my experience the therapists at Massage 1 are all very accommodating once they know what I want.
I love Heather as she is very focused and extremely strong in her touch. She can really work out my knots! On the other hand, Amelia is super friendly and also really skilled, sometimes chatting puts me at ease to be honest.
On all occasions I check the time, and yes they really do give you the full hour!
