I filed a glass claim through my insurance company for one of my front doors. They took completed the repair and called me to pick up my truck. One look at the glass in the sun and I knew something was wrong. The glass was three different colors. So I complained and scheduled them to come out and replace the glass. My job has me on the road most of the time so I scheduled a day for myself to work at home to give them a chance to do the work.
A few days after the job I open that door and the door panel was loose and a piece was missing.
I had to drive back to their office and schedule another time for them to fix that.
God only knows what will come next.
